A group of young men are driving their car along a road when from behind a Welcome to Wisconsin sign the police spots them and decide to give chase. When the police have caught them up the police inform them they are being pulled over because they have chickens on their heads, and not the speeding. A state law says it is illegal to enter Wisconsin with a chicken on your head.
