I have been using your product for at least ten years but the New Nouveau Line which says 20% more natural-looking acolourant is terrible (No. 110 - Natural Light Auburn). This is the second time (and lst) I use it. The first time, the skin on my face next to the application became very inflamed and my scalp and surrounding area felt burning and a type of bad itch. I decided to try it a second time tonight and the same thing happened. The burning feeling felt for the 25 minutes was not pleasant to say the least. Why would you change something if no one complains. Unless you go back to the original dye, I will no longer buy
your product. By the way, as I was walking out of the bathroom where I did my hair, my husband said "close the door, and put the fan on, it stinks" and we have been married almost 40 years and I have been colouring my hair for 40 years.
