As the voice over narrates about the new Vehicle Registration document people's cars and bikes disappear because they haven't the new certificate. As a man washes his car it vanishes, leaving his dog to get soaked, then as a woman is putting her shopping in the boot of the car, the car disappears, leaving her shopping crashing to the floor. Then a waitress is taking an order in a restaurant as a motorcyclist speeds by, suddenly the motorcyclists bike has gone and he is holding onto the front wheel. The advert ends with a man buying a mini, and as he removes the "For Sale" sign the car vanishes, leaving him with nothing but the seats.
