As the narrator asks the question 'When is a good deal not a good deal on car insurance?' a young woman is doing the ironing and says when she can not get a no claims discount because she has been on her mums policy, then another woman is saying when they don't give you a discount for a second family car, as she talks her dog is eagerly watching her biscuit. Next a man is playing a xylophone as he says when you buy a policy from one company and it turns out to be another company. In each instance the narrator explains at Direct Line none of these will happened.
